Julia Fischer maintains a general litigation practice acting for both companies and individuals. Julia supports and advocates for her clients in a variety of matters including commercial disputes, contract claims, wrongful terminations, property disputes, estate litigation, and family matters.
Julia’s early experience in the courtroom as a provincial offences prosecutor allowed her to hone her advocacy skills and gain valuable trial skills. Julia has maintained this prosecution work for over a decade, alongside her regular litigation practice.
As an advocate, Julia has enjoyed serving as a public speaker on topics including building enforcement, estate planning, and landlord and tenant matters.
Julia complements her litigation practice by providing legal services in estate administration matters and preparing wills and powers of attorney.
Outside of the office and courtroom, Julia can be found spending time with her husband and their two very active children on their farm.
